Michel Obscura Michel received his degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM); as well, in that same Institution he specialized in Intellectual Property, getting the highest score of his generation. His experience for more than 3 years in Intellectual Property is mainly focused on matters related with trademark prosecution, trademark protection, maintenance of rights and litigation. Also, Michel provides trademark analyses in relation with trademark status and possible course of action in order to defend and protect the same, as well as expertise on the opposition procedure and copyright field. He recently joined at Iberbrand and currently is in charge of the opposition area. He is a fan of the cinematographic world and he enjoys listening to music.
