Rodrigo Falcón Rodrigo has a strong professional background working with national and international law firms specialized in various law branches, which allows him to obtain a full picture of the client’s necessities and build a series of multidisciplinary strategies to protect their interests. Since 2020 he is part of the litigation team at IBERBRAND® where he handles diverse administrative procedures before the Mexican Trademark and Patent Office, as well as nullity trials before the Mexican Court of Administrative Justice and amparo trials before Federal Circuit Courts. Rodrigo is also a member of the Entertainment group at IBERBRAND® and he has been involved in various matters regarding copyright law and related IP rights, acting before the Mexican Copyright Office and representing clients during negotiations and transactional agreements. Additionally, he has written and participated on several articles and essays related with Entertainment and Copyright law, highlighting his degree thesis: “Music Industry under a law perspective.” On a personal level, Rodrigo is an art, music, and cinema aficionado.
